Managing Your Subscription

All billing is managed from your dashboard under Billing.

Upgrading Your Plan

1. Go to Billing in the sidebar 2. Click Upgrade on the plan you want 3. You'll be taken to the Stripe checkout page 4. Complete payment — your new plan is active immediately

When upgrading mid-cycle, you're charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period.

Downgrading Your Plan

1. Go to Billing 2. Click Change Plan and select the lower tier 3. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period

Note: If your current usage exceeds the lower plan's limits (e.g., you have 5 sites but are downgrading to Starter with a 3-site limit), you'll need to remove excess sites before the downgrade takes effect.

Canceling Your Subscription

1. Go to Billing 2. Click Cancel Subscription 3. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period 4. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan

Your data is not deleted — you can resubscribe at any time and regain access to everything.

Viewing Billing History

The Billing page shows your recent invoices, payment method, and next renewal date. Click any invoice to view or download it.

Updating Payment Method

Click Manage on the Billing page to open the Stripe customer portal where you can update your credit card or payment method.

1. Click Redeem Code in the sidebar (or go to /redeem/appsumo) 2. Enter your AppSumo code 3. Your plan and entitlements will be activated automatically

AppSumo deals are lifetime plans — no recurring charges after redemption.
