Notification Bell
The notification bell icon in the dashboard header shows your unread notification count. Click it to open the notification panel.
Notification Types
| Event | Description | Triggered by |

| New vendor detected | A scanner run found a third-party vendor not previously seen on a site | Automatic scanner |
| Push completed | A template push deployment finished (success or partial failure) | Push-to-many action |
| Push approval required | A push exceeds the approval threshold and needs review | Push-to-many with approval gates |
| Health status change | A site's compliance health changed (e.g., Compliant to Warning) | Health computation |
| Tag requires review | A new tag was detected and needs approval in the Tag Registry | Tag governance |
Managing Notifications
Click a notification to navigate to the relevant page (e.g., the tag registry, push history)
Mark individual notifications as read
Mark all as read with the "Mark all read" button
Notifications are retained for 90 days
Notification Preferences
Notification preferences are per-user. You receive notifications for events in your organization. Client-scoped users only receive notifications for their assigned client.
