How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@legalbanner.com with:
- Subject: Refund Request
- Your account email address
- The reason for your refund (optional — helps us improve)
Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused days in a billing period. If you cancel after the 30-day window, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged for the next period.
Subscription Cancellation
Requesting a refund also cancels your subscription. After cancellation, your account downgrades to the Free plan and your data (sites, banners, consent logs) is preserved for 30 days, after which premium features and data are removed.
