Multi-Site Management

LegalBanner lets you manage multiple websites from a single organization dashboard. Each site has its own independent configuration, consent logs, scanner results, and policy documents.

Adding Sites

1. Go to Sites in the dashboard 2. Click Add site 3. Enter the site name and primary domain 4. Verify the domain (see Domain Verification)

Site Limits by Plan

Per-Site Configuration

Each site has its own:
  • Banner configuration - layout, colors, text, consent categories
  • Cookie scanner - scan schedule, detected vendors, category mappings
  • Consent log - visitor consent events with timestamps and choices
  • Policy documents - privacy policy, cookie policy, terms, etc.
  • Domain list - multiple domains can point to the same site configuration

Assigning Sites to Clients (Pro)

On the Pro plan, sites can be assigned to clients. This lets agency teams:
  • Group sites by client for organized management
  • Give client team members access only to their own sites
  • View per-client compliance health rollups

Bulk Operations

  • Bulk import - import multiple sites from a CSV file (Pro plan)
  • Push templates - deploy banner or policy updates to many sites at once (Pro plan)
  • Export - export consent logs or compliance evidence for any site
